Hormonal changes can lead to pregnancy induced gingivitis. This is a common problem during pregnancy and post delivery. Also it can be due to poor oral hygiene, which could not be maintained. If it is coz of hormonal changes, it usually settles with warm salt water rinses and some topical applications. If it is oral hygiene neglect then you need to visit a dental clinic and get prophylaxis done..
Next Steps
Do some warm salt water rinses for a day or two .. If no improvement then visit a dentist.
Health Tips
Do not ignore for a long period of time..
