Firstly go for proper cleaning and scaling of tooth. Might be subgingival calculus is the reason.
Try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, use mouthwash, warm saline water rinses two to three times a day.
Consult doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Hi...
There can be a lot of reasons associated with the gingival enlargement you have like collection of food debris and bacteria, any medications you are taking, hereditary disease, systemic causes like hormones and blood disorders etc.
So a proper history and physical examination will only help to identify the cause and the treatment.
Till then take good care of your dental health by brushing, rinsing well after every meal and eating healthy

Please start with a dental cleaning procedure. The gums have swollen quite a lot. Following that further assessment would be needed to identify the cause of the gingival growth/swelling.
