You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You are very young and I admire your enthusiasm. However unfortunately loosing so much weight together is unhealthy and not right. You are very young right now and I understand the peer and social pressures that you have to face everyday. But in order to loose weight in a healthy manner you need to start reducing processed and high fat food. Eat good amount of fibre. Also please start working out. You are in a really good age to do so.
Please do not starve yourself and do something drastic.
