Doctor I'm suffering from the groin pain for 2 months. It was occurred due to over stretch my legs during exercises now I am not able to run because while running I feel pain in inner thigh portion and hip also. I have to face competition so I want to heal myself as soon as possible because due to the injury my weight is also increasing rapidly and I am losing my strength also. Please help me.
