Green tea is good , rich in antioxidants ; can be taken preferably on empty stomach upon rising or half an hour before to lunch or in the evening time at 4 pm or so...
Yes it's good...not harmful if taken in moderation and intermittently..
Don't pump it daily...have once or thrice a week to reap it's benefits..
