Good evening dears
My adult brother have tooth pain and swelling of that gum which is near to that tooth which having pain
So which medicine and how many days he need
Please guide me

If there is tooth pain and swelling then rct may be required for the tooth. I need to do an x ray to see the extent of caries then i will be able to tell you. Till the time for pain relief you can take ketorol-dt. But its not the solution, you will have to go for either filling or rct

You should go to your dentist because this problem will not be cured by medicines... there is a need for treatment which can be done after taking the X ray of that particular tooth.
