If you would like to discuss your concern in more detail, please feel free to contact me on WhatsApp at eight six one nine six six nine nine zero six. Alternatively, you can connect with me through the Practo app for a detailed consultation
Because the giddiness is persistent and associated with sweating, please do not ignore it. Sit or lie down, avoid driving or bathing alone, hydrate and check blood glucose if you have a glucometer. You need same-day in-person assessment for postural BP, blood sugar, ECG and basic blood tests; the knee pain should also be examined. Go to emergency now if you faint, develop chest pain, breathlessness, one-sided weakness, slurred speech or severe headache. You may book an urgent Practo consult or visit Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.
Giddiness with sweating can still happen even when your BP reading looks normal, since a single reading can miss a postural drop. Causes can include inner ear issues or blood sugar dips too.
Next Steps
Please get this checked in person, especially since it continued through the day and you also have ongoing knee pain.
Health Tips
Your knee pain is a separate issue and may need an orthopaedic opinion alongside the giddiness workup.
Your condition warrants an in person examination at the earliest. Get your Blood sugar checked. Knee pain is not related to the dizziness according to the limited history. Posture changes can cause BP changes for small periods of time. Please provide history of previous or present medications on Practo app… because some medications can also cause dizziness on getting up.
