Most of times it occurs because of dryness.so better to have Shatavari ghrita 5gms twice daily with hot water before food. Nimbadi guggulu thrice daily after food.Locally apply V-gel of Himalaya Company.

I recommend you consult this privately as further history is needed for me to tell anything. Most of the times it is nothing serious but I don’t want to miss on things obvious but easily curable
Next Steps

Itching and rashes in the private area could be due to fungal infection (Jock Itch), excessive sweating, or Pitta-Kapha imbalance. Ayurveda offers natural solutions for relief and healing. Ayurvedic Treatment for Genital Itching & Rash ✅ Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tablet twice daily for skin purification. ✅ Mahamanjishthadi Kwath – 20 ml with equal water twice daily for blood detox. ✅ Neem Powder or Tablet – 1 tablet twice daily to fight infections. ✅ Panchatikta Ghrita Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily to reduce inflammation. ✅ Triphala & Neem Sitz Bath – Soak in warm water with Triphala or Neem decoction for 10 minutes daily. External Application: 🔹 Neem Oil or Coconut Oil – Apply to affected areas twice daily. 🔹 Multani Mitti Paste with Rose Water – Apply for 15 mins to soothe itching. 🔹 Yashtimadhu (Licorice) Paste – Apply on rashes for cooling relief. Diet & Lifestyle Tips: ✔ Eat cooling foods like coconut water, buttermilk, and fresh fruits. ✔ Avoid spicy, fried, and sugary foods, which worsen infections. ✔ Wear loose cotton clothing and keep the area dry. ✔ Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins. Follow this regimen for 2-4 weeks for lasting relief. If the itching persists, consult an Ayurvedic doctor for personalized treatment.
