Hello.
It doesn't sound stupid at all. Ideally you should be talking with a therapist for a few sessions, but here are some ideas you can consider until you find a therapist.
1. The inner need to be heard and understood by other's is creating a lot of trouble.
The first thing one can do in such a situation is accept responsibility for one's own thoughts. Talking with yourself in the first person works like magic.
"I have a demand from other's that they must listen to me carefully or it'll mean my opinions and thoughts don't matter at all, and I can't tolerate it."
"I must be able to convince people about a certain thing if I am sure about it, or it'll mean my convincing power is low, and my opinion doesn't matter..."
"Educated people must always talk logically and if they don't, I can't tolerate it."
These are some examples of the "demanding" self talk. It needs to change to a much less demanding one.
Example - While I want people to listen to me and understand my point of view and talk logically, I understand that they may behave completely opposite to how I imagine. And that's okay, because they are humans and such a thing can happen. How they behave is not under my control, and that's okay too. I can tolerate such instances because they don't mean anything about my own self worth.

Anyone who is not listened to would feel bad. But yes one should be able to control his or her reactions. Anger / irritability/ restlessness can occur due to stress at work place. Whether it is just that or something else needs to be assessed in detail. Please visit a mental health professional if these things are affecting you a lot.
