Hi, PCOS is a hormonal imbalance. The best way to treat a hormonal imbalance like this is regular exercise and a low calorie, healthy diet. Include fruits and salads in your diet. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Make sure you get enough fiber in your diet. 2 to 3 cups of green tea. Exercise for 45 mins to an hour daily for atleast 6 days a week. When you    start to lose weight, your hormonal levels will also become better.
