In gestational diabetes - You should eat three small to moderat sized meals and one or more snacks each day. Do not skip meals and snacks. This can help you keep your blood sugar stable. Apart from this monitor your blood sugar everyday, take healthy diet comprising of all nutrients. Do light excercise. Take your medications regularly. Monitor the baby as advised by your Gynaecologist.
