Gestational Diabetes
Hi , I am 9 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes. Despite what i eat my sugar levels goes up to 170-200. I am on insulin Nova mix 14units in morning and night and metformin 500 mg mornings and night. On a low carb diet too. Still unable to control. However if i take a pinch of cinnamon in a glass of water sugar levels immediately come down to 110. Is this safe. Will i have a healthy baby??
