Pfa my Glucose control test report. Does the value signify the presence of gestational diabetes. Will I need to take any medication for this or just diet is sufficient.

Your report is normal. I will not recommend any treatment. You may do repeat Blood glucose after 2 weeks.  Get 6 readings.
