You should have a soft diet. Cereals like maida, rice, suji & split or dehusked pulses. Soft fruits like bananas, watermelon, muskmelon, plum without skin. Vegetables like potato, lauki, tori, tinda, pumpkin.

Avoid taking oily, spicy and very hot food . Do not use green/red chillies in cooking. Do not sleep or lie down for at least 2 hours after eating.
