Yes you can drink grape juice but not if you have any ulcer issue.

Please avoid fruit juices in GERD especially lemon juice orange juice, tangerine juice, lime juice, grapefruit juice etc. There are plenty of things you can eat to help prevent acid reflux. You may have bananas, melons, cauliflower, nuts, cucumber, lettuce, low fat youghurt, skimmed milk ( fat free milk) etc
