Take suthashekara rasa laghu 250 mg twice a day on empty stomach Amlapittaantak ras 250 mg twice a day after food. Drink buttermilk,water plenty. Avoid spices,oil in ur food take 2-4 tsf ghee.everyday.

Hi Avoid all types of acidic food like garlic, ginger, spicy food, gravies, junk food, maida and maida products. Drink anough water 2.5 - 3 lit do regular exercise for 45 min weekly 5 days at least. Take balance meal
