Is it possible to have genital warts if your patner doesn't have such issue and both are sure of not having multiple partner..

Genital warts is caused by HPV virus. It’s not necessary that your partner should have warts for you to have warts. If your partner has HPV infection ( which is usually asymptomatic) you can be infected with same virus as well and develop genital warts
