Lump near genital area

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have a hard lump in the crease between my thigh and genital area, and I've only noticed it today. It feels like a small marble under my skin. It isn't painful but feels slightly uncomfortable when I touch it. I'm worried it could be sti related, but I'm almost certain that I have had a similar lump before I had sex, as I've had it a few times.
