I would like to know general routine that can keep the teeth in normal comdition. Any particular toothpaste or any particular mouth wash or any precautions that could help me.

Hi, In order to keep good oral hygiene we need to do
1. Brush twice daily in upside down fashion with pea size toothpaste and soft toothbrush
2. Brush your tongue also to remove debris from tongue.
3. Soft toothbrush helps in massaging gums also.
Other measures like
4. Alternative use of floss for cleaning spaces between teeth.
5. Alternative use of mouthwash. Hope it will help. Take care.

Hi, brushing ur teeth with ne toothpaste containing optimum fluoride and anti bacterial agents will do, mouthwashes are not prescribed for everyday use..hope it answers ur query best of luck feel free to ask ne further queries..!
It's a good thought to seek advice to maintain ur oral health....
Do brush twice daily with any toothpaste that ll hardly matter as all r with the same composition n with medium hard or soft toothbrush acc to ur need... N try to learn flossing n start doing it.. It's a good habit to prevent proximal decay of ur teeth... Night brushing s equally imp... N rinse well after every meal... N avoid inbet meal sticky foods n sweets ..
