Gassy and nausea during 22week pregnancy
I'm 22 weeks pregnant with low lying placenta 1.7cms from internal os Doctor advised rest I'm feeling gassy always and wanted to pass gas.. Facing issue especially after eating I'm taking pantop once a day as well as antacid tonic thrice a day Any other suggestions please

No need for bed rest . Please move around after meals. Eat non oily and non spicy healthy food.

Take little bland diet After meals  don't go to bed immediately Less spicy fried foods If ur taking any progesterone   compounds  it will  be like  that  only U  can  take  Pantop40mg  two times also

Hv small frequent meal Avoid spicy n fried food Pantop is not safe Needs to be avoided

Drink lots of water, avoid spicy food, reduce eating milk contents.
