12th week usg and low lying placenta
I have undergone a usg recently and has been detected with low lying placenta, though there is no spotting or bleeding and the doctor said it is normal in the early pregnancy, I am 12th week pregnant now, but still a bit worried. So is a low lying placenta normal during first trimester? Or will create any prob later on? Otherwise usg is fine.

Don't worry until it bleeds. It will go up with time

The placenta will gradually migrate upward  as pregnancy advances. This finding is common in first trimester.
