Eczema - 22 weeks pregnant

Hi Doctor, I am 22 weeks pregnant, I am having eczema on my hand fingers dermatologist doctor advised to take Deflazacort tablet 6mg(morning/night), LCQUIL-5 (night), PENTAQUIL-40(Morning) I am worried to take this tablets with pregnancy tablets(supercal,livogen,ecosprin) doest it affect my pregnancy and any risk for my baby growth Please advise
