Is gallstone treatment possible in Homeopathy? I am having a single gallstone size around 37mm. I used to have problems earlier including pain in upper abdomen but slowly changing my diet, including some natural & ayurvedic treatments and also taking 15 drops of berberis vulgaris for the course of 2 3 months...the pain and other symptoms are gone. From last 1 month I am not having single symptoms but now my usg report shows 1 cbd stone and size of stone reduced by 2-3 mm.
Should I go for surgery now.

Since how long have you been taking the medicine do ultrasound regularly I feel that you need to alternate Beriberi with other Homoeo medicine for speedy recovery

Good to hear that u are improving . If there are no symptoms like pain while urination or backache or nausea u can always wait and keep your meds continue . But I suggest if the first course of meds is over consult a homo before continuing the same meds .. u should not be taking the meds on your own .. any further queries pls consult online

Hello .....gall stones are not kidney stones.... Kidney stones move out through ureter and urethra. But gall stones not like so ....they won't come out...with homoeo medicine stone size can be reduced ... slowly.Until and unless you are having symptoms like and pain fever and vomiting ...there is NO need of SURGERY.

If its a silent stone then do not bother and continue your treatment in homoeopathy. However 37 mm is a big size, and if any broken part if shifts to your Pancrease then you may suffer a lot. Pl share your recent ultrasound report( undertaken in last 30 days). However minimise fried and heavy meals.

There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they r not creating problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. But if they r causing problem, its better to remove them
