Hai,
Size of gall stone less can 5 cm, can be dissolved with homoeopathic medicines. If LFT and other blood reports are normal, it can be dissolved within 45 days by 1 cm.
Need more details including USG scan and blood reports. Its better to get a second opinion from a homoeopath before going for surgery.

Basically, in case of gallstone ,the size always matters...if the size is small,then medicine will definitely work on it, especially the homoeopathic medicine....but if the size is not reliable then, surgery is quite recommendable..
