I have recently been through a blood test and it showd vitamin D deficiency does that have anything to do with my problems to gain weight or height. I have been struggling to gain weight fr a long tim i m 20 n stuck at 36kg.

Hello, Consume whole grain cereals, dals,fruits, vegetables, potato,yam,sweet potato, butter,cheese, whole milk, yogurt, banana, Apple, pear,etc. Fish chicken, egg,can be taken. Thanks
