Tips: Gain weight gradually by adding healthy snacks between meals. Add extra calories to your meals with cheese, nuts and seeds. Eat smaller meals more often, adding healthy snacks between meals.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
