U can use. Tab ictraconazole200 two times a day after food for two weeks.   Tab montek LC ONE at night for seven days or more. Hygiene to maintain. Wear cotton undergarment which were washed properly n dry in sunlight. MOST IMPORTANT AVOID JEANS TILL U RECOVER, WEAR CASUAL. NOTE ITS A RECURRENT CONDITION.

it could be fungal infection like tenia cruris or something else. consult a dermatologist for proper treat ment

if it is itching at site and white rash it could be fungal -took tab fluconazole 150 mg twice a week -cream miconazole topical application BD after bath tab cetrizine 10 mg Once daily at night
