Litchi is not good in pregnancy it can increase your blood sugar level and leads to gestational diabetes.many other issues also occur so better avoid lychee in pregnancy.

It's better to avoid lychee.. Apart from this avoid ripe papaya.. Rest you can in appropriate amounts if you don't have gastric or nauseatic issues

You should avoid having lychees you are breastfeeding. Also avoid papaya, pineapple, flaxseeds.. Rest u can have all fruits in moderation.
