What to eat during pregnancy for omega 3 and DHA.. please suggest vegan sources..Also how many glasses of milk to drink during each trimester???

Hi, just drink 2 glasses of milk daily through your pregnancy. Almonds and walnuts are good sources of Omega fatty acids as are pumpkin seeds. I wouldn't suggest flax seeds as there are mixed researches pointing that it can cause miscarriage.
