Hello... I understand your concern, I think you should know that drinking twice daily a glass of milk is good in pregnancy... If its done thrice then its even good.... Since it provides the essential materials like calcium, carbohydrates etc needed for the baby.... As such flax seeds are concerned it is rich in fatty acids and fibre so it is good if taken in balanced manner...
