From knee to heel pain , while I am walk
Heel pain more while I am walking and knee also paining . So what should I do , is it calcium or any vitamin problem

Heel pain is basically due to calf tightness with inflammation of plantar fascia... Most can get managed by plantar stretching and medications. Knee pain has various reason... It could be due to injury, infection or plain musculoskeletal issue based on your young age.

Most of the Indians have vitamin d deficiency which can lead to deficient calcium absorption and thence the multiple pains .
