Frequently anxiety issues
Dear Doctor, I have high level of anxiety issue.. From child hood I have this anxiety. In college I had severe issues.. I had bit insomnia.. Then it was Cured eventually. But now again I have anxiety issues. I panic a lot and don't know how to manage it.. I have a boyfriend who is opthalmologist.. I also feel anxious about him.. Tend to feel insecure that he will find someone new.. I can't sleep at night alone.. The root cause of this I feel my lack of attachment with parents.. My father never liked me..so we are not in talking term.. I feel all these things affecting my well being.. Mental health.. What should I do??I need help..

It is beneficial to talk to a Psychiatrist in detail about your symptoms, fears, insecurities and your lifestyle and about the support you have from your loved ones. All these factors help to come up with an appropriate management plan suited for you. However, your symptoms seem to be severely effecting your well being. Untreated and Long standing anxiety is a potential risk factor for other health problems. So please get it treatment adequately
