its more likely a case of allergic rhinitis that why you have sneezing problem you can tale any antihistamine after getting consulted with your primary healthcare care worker
usually it is recommended to know the cause and avoid the allergen which would a-source from your household dust or plant source or anything of that matter

Maintain a diary and note down things causing allergic reactions to u . Start avoiding those .
As medication u can take T. Montek LC night dose for 15 dayswhich can stabilise ur mastcells.

For allergy, you can take Montek LC at night.

Yes it is mostly due to allergic reaction and I would suggest to avoid any triggers causing this like dust, smoke etc to prevent it
