Frequent fever
Hello doctors, my baby girl is 10 months old and her birth weight is 3.2 and current weight is 8.4. she is getting frequent fever when she was 5 months she got viral fever and in 7 months again viral fever and in 8 months measles and now again fever.. is her immune system  poor? If yes What can I do to improve her immune system..till 6 months she is on both breast feed and formula feed..after started solids she is on solids and breast feed..please reply..

She must be on vit D drops. In addition can give multivitamin drops till 1yr. Give nutritious food and breast milk.

Frequent infections are common in this age group, nothing to worry about. Just give adequate nutrition .

Give fruits and vegetables more . Apple puree banana. Palak rice, kichidi with dal carrot beans . Maintain hydration . Continue breast feeding.
