Fatigue and generalized weakness maybe due to low haemoglobin, maybe thyroid disorders or vitamin deficiency or any infection. A proper history along with your menstrual history for any excessive bleeding or irregular cycles would be essential for the diagnosis. Kindly consult with me for further evaluation and treatment.
