I found two drops of blood after passing stool in the morning. It was bright red in colour. I had a fiber rich diet. First I mistook as my periods because I'm 3 days due. I had my c section delivery 6 months back and got my periods last month. Still I didn't get any periods. I'm concerned. What is the reason it could be?
