Found blood after stool
I found two drops of blood after passing stool in the morning. It was bright red in colour. I had a fiber rich diet. First I mistook as my periods because I'm 3 days due. I had my c section delivery 6 months back and got my periods last month. Still I didn't get any periods. I'm concerned. What is the reason it could be?

Bleeding per rectum as in your case could be due to piles/ Haemorrhoids and fissure. Is it painful? Do you have constipation? Any other symptoms? Check it ASAP with a surgeon since bleeding could result in Anemia that may worsen your postpartum. About you are getting your periods it is called lactational amennorhea - you will get in a month or two .don't worry about it

The information provided is insufficient to make a proper assessment. Could you please clarify the following: What was the consistency of your stool? Did you experience any pain while passing stool? Are you currently having a fever? Have you had hemorrhoids during pregnancy or in the past? I recommend consulting your general practitioner for a physical examination and appropriate evaluation.
