It is safe only if it is indicated.
It is better to take some other medicines which don't create a proper even if the existing levels of the vitamins are normal.
In other words this preparation should be taken when the deficiency of Vit D 3 has been confirmed by blood test.

Vitamin D supplement should only be taken if there is a documented deficiency understanding that it is a fat soluble vitamin and extra dosage may lead to toxicity
