I am 5 weeks 4 days pregnant,in ultrasound scan sac was seen but yolk or Foetal visibility,now I found some spotting is this normal during pregnancy..

These could be early sign of threatened miscarriage..
Be on bed rest ,take pregnancy support medication and repeat an ultrasound after 10 days..
