My Wife got a positive pregency test on 12 august Done first ultra sound scan on 31 Aug shows 5 week 6 days pregnancy Second ultrasound scan done on 14 sep shows 5 week 3 days pregnancy The last period was on 14 July with 28 days cycle 31 Aug Scan below SLU. G sac seen measuring 1.1  corresponding  to 5 wks 6 day yolk sac 6.2 mm no Fetal pole seen 2.4×3.9 cm Anterior wall febroid 14 Sep Scan UTERUS Shows irregular intra-uterine gestational sac with yolk sac /tiny fetal node Inside having, GSD of 1.27 cm, corresponding to 05 Weeks 03 Days. No fetal Cardiac activity seen. Decidual reaction is circumferential. No sub chorionic bleed. Cervix is normal, Internal Os is closed. No funneling seen. OVARIES: Both ovaries are normal in size & echo-pattern. B/L adnexae are normal. No ovarian cyst/mass seen. Clear, no free fluid seen in P.O.D. SONOGRAPHIC IMPRESSION: > Early Intra-uterine Pregnancy of 05 Weeks 03 Days by GSD.
