4 weeks medication abort
Hi My wife taken abortion medication kit and sac age is 4 weeks 2days. Bleeding happened only for two days after taking medication. Now there is no bleeding at all. This means there is incomplete abortion??. What should be done next steps plz suggest??

No it is not mean incomplete abortion You should get an ultrasound done on day 11 counting from the day she started to bleed to confirm if the process of a person is complete

It was too early to consume abortion pills. You need to wait, Ultrasound may not help. Beta HCG levels every  4th day. It may fall down rapidly and may come to non pregnant levels at the end of one to three wks. Watch for heavy per vaginal bleeding in case the products might have been retained.
