This is a disorganised lifestyle. Nothing to do with ADHD
May be this is hitting you because you would have started living separately away from your parents.
And need to handle those by yourself.!!
Next Steps
If you feel that you need some guidance do consult a Psychologist in ur city.

Misplacing articles can be due to inattention, preoccupation or many other causes. ADHD usually is a childhood diagnosis with classical set of symptoms which you don't fit in. Don't worry yourself about that. Try to organise yourself. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Do daily exercises and yoga if possible . Maintain proper sleep and diet pattern. Try to concentrate on your work and target in life.
Next Steps
Be relaxed and stay healthy.
Health Tips
Avoid worrying about yourself and don't try to self diagnosis. leave it to the specialist.
ADHD consists of a triad of symptom complexes: inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. These consist of multiple symptoms like restlessness, inability to sustain attention, easy distractibility, lack of concentration, unable to control behavior, lack of regard for consequences, etc.
It is possible your symptoms may just be due to preoccupation with other things or stress due to many responsibilities, etc. However consult a Psychiatrist if this is worrying you a lot.
