Forgetfulness
I get angry on small issues, forget things/plans, most of the time I am sitting blank with nothing in mind. I feel trapped and to avoid facing myself or thoughts I randomly keep playing music or videos which I don't even see just kept them playing. My deep sleep ranges from zero mins to max. 1hr 45 min. Sometimes I act the way which I don't recognise as myself, feel as if it was not me. Please help me whom to consult:- psychiatrist or psychologist or homeopath. There are so many sayings for side effects of medicines of mental health. Don't know what to do.
