For proper nutrition information
I am 22 yr old student and where I use to live in Delhi the food quality is worst so proper nutrition are not available. So I want to know how to fulfill the requirements of vitamins and minerals in body.. Is it possible to share with me a breakfast item to do so.. Thank you..

Ya u can have more fruits to get more vitamins and minerals, in ur breakfast take some cereals and some fruits to balance it
