I am a student of 17 year...i cant get my proper nutrition..so can you give me a proper diet chart to follow and proper sleep time.

Please consult online with your specific height and weight to get a customised diet plan. Sleep at your age should be minimum of 7-8 hours. Sleep time should not be later than 11pm.
