For healthy diet in 2nd trimester p
I am in 2nd trimester of pregnency. My hemoglobin count is 9 mg/dl. I does not like the smell of garlic and onion. My 2nd ultrasound report is normal Baby weight is 352 gram plz suggest some proper diet plan so that my hemglobin count improve and my health

Hi, You should follow a nutritious protein rich diet. Include good quality and quantity protein rich food like, egg, milk and milk products, chicken, soyabean, paneer, cashew, almond etc. To improve   haemoglobin, iron rich food should be there, like egg yolk, liver, dates, jaggery, til etc. Take lots of Fresh fruits ( citrus fruits rich in vitamin c promote s more iron absorption). Take enough rest and less stress.
