Please AVOID taking any medication or supplement or Ayurvedic herbs in pregnancy without consulting your gynaecologist.
Ayurvedic medication may have harmful side effects for you and affect the baby’s growth.
Shatavari is usually given for breastfeeding women after delivery, NOT in pregnancy.
