For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Hi Adopting to vegan free diet for milk allergy..is advised.. For IBS.. Have fiber diet when you are constipated like figs, and avoid fiber foods , milk etc.. when there's diarrhoea.. Have frequent meals with imited portion sizes, drink more water as there's loss of electrolytes in case of diarrhoea in IBS condition.. Add abd avoid foods accordingly in IBS.. For weight loss have warm lemon water without sugar or honey on empty stomach upon rising followed by a 45 mins brisk walk, moderate plant protein and fiber intake, small nutrient dense meals , exercises both morning and evening, exposure to sun, good sleep and rest, plenty of drinking water around 2 to 3 litres per day.. For tummy some special exercises that focus on tummy fat to be done like crunches, situps and power yoga etc...can be done. Thankyou
