Foods should be avoided in pregnancy
Just to confirm can my wife eats ajwain in 4th month of pregnancy. Please suggest. Many people say ajwain can cause miscarriage is it so??

Does she want to eat Ajwain as raw seeds or does she want to eat Ajwain which has been used for cooking purposes .  The second type of consumption is fine during pregnancy.

Yes she can eat ajwain in the 4th month of pregnancy or at  any point of time in pregnancy you have gathered wrong information if people say this then it's a myth
