Is it ok to rewarm cooked eggs or rice ? I mean when rice or cooked eggs become cold So can we eat it after rewarm it again ?

Cooked rice after refrigeration can be reheated as long as within 6 to 8 hours  after proper  thawing ,but definitely not  eggs as it changes the nature of the egg protein completely

Hi, Rest the food for sometime at room temperature. Don't do excessive heating. Don't reheat the food directly. However just warming the food in moderation can be done. Thanks

Nope… it should not be reheated if kept in referigerator….heating it again agter an hour of cooking is fine. Change if temperature not recommended. Thanks. Connect for more
