Food in pregnancy
I am 7 months pregnant. I have ate Surmai fish in pregnancy for 8-10 times. I just read it is very high in mercury. Will it affect my baby?

Not only Surmai fish, all fishes may have high mercury content. But the same may be the case with drinking water too. What all do you want to avoid ?
